Our startup's technology and methodologies help companies and organizations implement DEI principles in their HR activities. They are based on measurable behavioral data. We gather this data from interactive games and team building activities. This differentiates our methodology from conventional approaches based on subjective self-assessment and biases. A more inclusive recruitment process then ensures that companies can identify internal and external talent more effectively.
