This project aims to benefit employees of our compressor and vacuum technology company, as well as contribute to the broader community. Since March 2022, we have been signatories of the EU Diversity Charter. Our initiatives include the creation of the Baby Club, a community for colleagues on parental leave. We also collaborate with organizations supporting individuals with disabilities and those facing social disadvantages, providing employment opportunities for their clients. Our commitment to equality extends to offering the same benefits to same-sex partners as married couples. One measurable positive change in our corporate culture is the increasing number of employees volunteering for non-profit organizations. Our intention is to expand this project, addressing late career and inclusive recruitment among other topics.
