Parents on maternity or parental leave remain an equal and non-isolated part of our air conditioning and heat pump business. They can keep their company computer and draw a child allowance. We organise educational and counselling events for them and offer part-time jobs. The percentage of these employees returning to work has increased from 67% to 83% in 3 years. Their new wages then reflect the increase in salaries in the profession. At the same time, the percentage of working parents has risen from 15% to 24%. This is also thanks to the expanded offer of part-time work.
