Vodafone has entered the Diversity Awards with the "Flexibility For Everyone" project, designed for all employees and job applicants. The project aims to increase the percentage of colleagues working part-time from the current 10% to 20%, aligning with EU levels (in the Czech Republic, it stands at 7%). This effort seeks to attract untapped talents and professionals who, for various reasons, cannot commit to full-time positions.
