Project #5-2024
With the LGBTQ+ community in mind, we are finalising the alignment of employee benefits for all types of partnerships. This includes parental, bereavement and caregiver leave. Feedback suggests that employees across all sexual orientations now perceive corporate offices as more welcoming and inclusive. The principles of the project, once fine-tuned, are intended to be shared with other teams within our international network of marketing and communications agencies over time.
