In a partnership with Česká spořitelna, a.s., a distinctive project has been launched that revolves around interviewing representatives from diverse minority groups, aiming to challenge prevailing stereotypes. Collaborating with the non-profit organization OPIM, the bank engaged over a hundred colleagues, thereby nurturing personal growth and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This initiative underscores the importance of DEI and aims to attract a varied talent pool. They are planning to expand the program to include more employee groups in the future.
