Parental leave benefit for all parents

After the birth of a child, our Group supports not one but both parents. The condition is that they are employees. The primary care provider is entitled to company leave and financial compensation for 18 weeks. The other parent can fully enjoy the newborn child during the extra 8-week paid leave. In addition to gender equality, we also help inclusion in the workplace by providing similar benefits for adoption, fostering and guardianship.
