Diversity Awards

Skanska Central Europe has submitted the "Company's Lived Experience Project" for the Diversity Awards. The project targets employees within the Skanska concern in Central Europe. Historically, Skanska has prioritized diversity over inclusion within its Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives. The project will conclude once the insights gained are incorporated into the D&I action plan and effectively communicated throughout the company.
