Our financial institution's initiative aims to minimise the gender pay gap. This is why it also promotes a transparently published salary range offered in job advertisements to job applicants. When parents return from maternity - or paternity - leave, we automatically increase their salary by the average increase for the position during their absence. So far, we have managed to reduce the Gender Pay Gap (GPG) by about 1 percentage point.
