Project #1-2024
Our project aims at empowering, self-confidence and motivation of our female employees. The number of hours dedicated to their development has increased by 50%. To facilitate the smooth return of women on maternity or parental leave back to their professions, we have increased the number of part-time jobs. For the same reason, training and inclusion programmes were introduced for parents. We have intensified communication with them. We want our reputation as a fair employer to continue to grow.
