At the Nordic Chamber of Commerce in the CR, we believe that Nordic values and specifically diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords, but fundamental values that drive positive change and foster innovation. We are excited to announce our Annual Award for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Projects, a platform that celebrates and supports companies that are actively working on projects related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
In today's rapidly evolving world, businesses have the power to shape and influence society. We recognize the importance of embracing diversity in all its forms, including race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, and more. This competition aims to highlight and reward companies that are committed to making a meaningful impact through their projects that directly support diversity, equity, equal opportunities, and inclusion in various functional forms and combinations.
Whether you have a project ready to take off, one that is still in progress, or just recently finished, we invite you to participate and showcase your innovative initiatives. This competition serves as an opportunity to not only gain recognition for your efforts but also connect with like-minded organizations, share best practices, and collectively drive change on a larger scale.
By participating in the Annual Award for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Project, you will have the chance to:

We welcome projects from companies of all sizes and industries. Whether you are working on a diversity recruitment program, implementing inclusive workplace policies, developing educational initiatives, or driving company cultural change within your organization, we encourage you to submit your project for consideration. Projects focused on working with the communities outside the company or raising public awareness or performing activities with/for various target groups of society, are welcomed as well.

Get your project ready: The application window will close on the September 15, 2023.
Save the date: Festive award ceremony will take place on October 26, 2023 and will include a networking opportunity for all competition participants.
