EVENT Deep Dive: Foreign Nationals & Generational Dynamics in the Czech Workplace

March 11, 2026 09:00 - 10:30 Ipsos, Slovanský dům, vchod E, Na Příkopě 22, 110 00 Praha 1

Employing foreign nationals is an increasingly important topic for businesses in the Czech Republic. Recent regulatory changes and digitalisation make understanding the rules essential. Our Deep Dive will help companies navigate compliance, anticipate developments, and manage a diverse workforce effectively. The presentation will focus on the digitalisation of employment administration, including the new Single Monthly Employer Report (Jednotné měsíční hlášení zaměstnavatele).

A generational perspective has become one of the practical “shortcuts” for understanding the motivations of employees across the market. In this session, we will explore why it pays off to actively work with generational differences and outline the key distinctions between generations in the Czech Republic: attitudes and concerns, economic power, expectations of work, and communication preferences. The main focus is Gen Z in the workplace: what motivates them, what they expect from employers, and how to adjust leadership, benefits, and communication styles to deliver measurable results.

This event is organized in partnership with Ipsos -  Global leader in market and public opinion research.
