Zátiší Group is our family - yours and ours alike. Since its establishment in 1991, the company has grown through many chapters into a hospitality group behind the restaurants V Zátiší and Mlýnec, Zátiší Catering providing services across Europe, and the innovative Zátiší Canteens division. At the end of the year, the group will also open Bursa, a modern take on a traditional Czech pub, in Holešovická tržnice.
