(CIANEWS) - A total of 53% of business leaders admit that data will be more important than personal business relationships in the future. Two-thirds believe that more accurate (66%) and complete (65%) data is needed to transform business opportunities. The Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) survey found that the most important business priority for organizations after Covid-19 is customer retention (40%). Some businesses believe they will be unable to convert new (27%) or retain existing customers (25%) due to poor data quality.
