(CIANEWS) - The adoption of digital technologies in the Czech business sector is on the rise. According to an analysis by the Czech Statistical Office (ČSÚ), the share of companies that were connected to the internet at a speed of at least 30 Mbit/s increased more than fourfold to 76% in 10 years. 64% of large manufacturing companies with more than 250 employees used industrial or service robots in this period, while 7% of small companies used them. Robotic arms with a fixed base are the most widely used in the country, most often in the automotive industry (48%). On average, 7% of businesses with 10 or more employees faced an external cyber-attack in 2021.
