(ČIA) The Council of the Association of Regions of the Czech Republic (AK ČR) has supported a call on the government and the Parliament of the Czech Republic asking them for the compensation bonus for OSVČ (self-employers) not being paid with impacts in budgets of regions and municipalities. According to the joint call of the Union of Municipalities of the Czech Republic, the Association of Municipalities of the Czech Republic, the Association of the Renovation of Rural Areas of the Czech Republic and the National Chain of Local Action Groups, it is not possible for the state to transfer the responsibility to regions and municipalities without any prior communication. According to AK ČR, the decision made by the government will result in the limitation or cancellation of investments and impact the development of regions.
