(CIANEWS) - The Czech Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (AMSP) is in favour of not increasing the minimum wage in 2023 at all. According to it, the increasing pace would be extreme given the current economic situation. It has been consistently advocating for the abolishment of guaranteed wages. According to it, each increase in the minimum wage creates enormous pressure on their rise, which threatens the operation of companies. Should guaranteed wages be abolished, it can support the minimum wage growth to the level of 45% of the average wage within seven years (by 2030). It is absolutely against the 50% option.
