(ČIA) The Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Crafts of the Czech Republic (AMSP) has proposed that executive directors or members of limited liability companies with employees working based on an agreement on work performance (DPP) should also be entitled to a bonus from the Antivirus programme. At a meeting with the Czech Ministry of Finance on supporting one-person companies, the Association also submitted a proposal to expand the compensation to up to four partners (originally it was two). According to the Assdociation, one should also think about LLC executive officers with employees who act in accordance with the law, do not have a work contract concluded with themselves, and therefore are not entitled to support from Antivirus.
