(CIANEWS) - People have a total of CZK 570bn in their pension accounts with any of the nine pension companies licensed in the country. The information was provided by the Association of Pension Companies (APS). The average monthly deposit is about CZK 800. However, the highest state contribution of CZK 230 is paid to a deposit of at least CZK 1,000. Participants who choose a dynamic strategy in supplementary pension savings can retire with up to CZK 2m saved. In 9M 2022 alone, the number of participants in the new pension savings account grew by a record 133,000. In total, there are 1.6 million participants.
