(ČIA) As of August 30, 2021, Aricoma Group, which is part of the KKCG Group, bought a 100% stake in the Swedish technology and consulting company Stratiteq. The acquisition strengthens its position in the Scandinavian markets and expands its expertise in strategic consulting and data-based business solutions. The acquisition of Stratiteq with offices in Malmö and Stockholm will add more than 100 new employees to the Aricoma Group. KKCG Investment Director Michal Tománek added that the acquisition will enrich Aricom's capabilities in the field of digital transformation.
