Both Kateřina and Denisa each have more than 15 years experience in the area of intellectual property law, its protection and commercial use, with a focus on trademark-related issues. Their experience further includes legal advice on matters concerning unfair competition.
Denisa is a member of the Licensing Executives Society and acts as Secretary of the Board of the LES Czech Republic and Slovakia. She works in Czech, Slovak andEnglish.
Kateřina was highly anked among trade mark professionals by the World Trademark Review in 2019. She provides legal advice in Czech and English.
