CEO Martin Štrumpl says that the acquisition by Orkla had a major impact on the company’s corporate culture. While the former owners were financial investors, who did not care much about the company’s day-to-day operations, the new owner is a strategic investor who takes interest in processes, corporate culture and information sharing. Speaking about long-term labour shortage in the Czech Republic, Mr Štrumpl says that the company plans to continue with automatization of processes to improve effectivity and capacity of production and compensate for the missing labour force. - Idnes.cz -
