Conditions for good life have deteriorated in Finland, suggests survey

Nearly 40 per cent of respondents disagreed with the statement. “It seems that citizens have considerable doubts about the ability of markets and the welfare state to guarantee a better future. The outlook for the economy and employment situation is unlikely to alleviate the discontent in the near future,” the think tank concludes. (Helsinki Times)
