(ČIA) The number of declared bankruptcies of commercial companies in February 2021 increased by three month-on-month to a total of 64 and was thus the highest since June 2020 and the second highest in the last year. In addition, 530 bankruptcies of natural persons, entrepreneurs (up by 24) and 1,264 personal bankruptcies (up by 64) were declared. This follows from the analysis of CRIF - Czech Credit Bureau. The number of insolvency proposals of companies increased by seven to 73, for entrepreneurs by 95 to 542. At the same time, 1,404 proposals for personal debt relief were submitted, which represents an increase of 386.
