(CIANEWS) - Czech companies and entrepreneurs are most threatened by rising energy prices, which seven out of ten respondents identified as a risk. The second most serious factor is the development of the Czech economy, which is a problem for two-thirds of respondents. This is according to ČSOB’s recent survey Index of Business Expectations, with its value decreasing by 14.5 points to -15.7 points since the spring. Pavel Prokop, Executive Director of Corporate Banking at ČSOB, said that the only component that has improved since the spring is investments, adding that over 60% of respondents plan to invest in energy savings in the next six months.
