ČSOB: Crisis dramatically advanced digitization in firms

(ČIA) The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically shifted the solution of companies' problems using digital technology. This was stated by ČSOB's director of corporate electronic banking Tomáš Stegura in an interview with E15. ČSOB responded to the crisis by adding a digital option for requesting deferral of payments or drawing on government covid programs. By the end of 2020, the bank's intention is to enable clients to trade on financial markets via mobile phones. In 2021, ČSOB will offer corporate clients a digital voice assistant, Kate.
