(ČIA) Many companies have to deal immediately with a significant drop in sales. According to a ČSOB survey, they fall among nearly 60% of the surveyed clients. The lack of cash therefore leads to the fact that more than half of the surveyed clients would like to use loans guaranteed by the Czech-Moravian Guarantee and Development Bank (ČMZRB). The current demand for operating financing is only CZK 1.7bn among small and medium-sized companies in Prague. If the bank takes into account its market share, it is the total need for operating financing of CZK 6.3bn in Prague alone in relation to the effects of coronavirus. It is therefore evident that small and medium-sized businesses are under high liquidity pressure.
