CTP decided to extend its portfolio and activities in Poland based on increased clients’ demand and convenient market conditions. In the first park with official name CTPark Opole, CTP started with construction of new warehouse with total area of 13 000 m2. With additional land available, this park has a planned built-up area of nearly 71,000 m2.
In the end of 2016, CTP signed the first contract with long term client International Automotive Components (IAC Group) to lease space in CTPark Opole. Based on this lease agreement, CTP started with construction of new park by which it extended its business activities in this key market. Also, CTP successfully completed the acquisition of strategically located cross-dock facility currently leased to long-term client, major logistics company, DHL.
“The polish market is very attractive for us since it belongs among the most popular markets at real estate market. Therefore, we are happy that we have started with construction of new park here and we will continue to seek opportunities across Poland for further expansion,” confirms Piotr Klank, Regional Director of CTP Invest Poland.
In this way, CTP continues with expansion of its portfolio throughout the CEE region which currently covers the area of more than 3.8 million m2.
