Czech government: Mandatory testing in firms to end

(ČIA) The Czech government has decided on another change to the anti-epidemic measures. Effective from July 1, 2021, mandatory testing in firms will end. The ministers have also increased the limit of participants at mass events to 1,000 indoors and 2,000 outdoors. Students and teachers will no longer have to wear face masks in class, and people at work will no longer need masks. For the time being, this measure does not apply to the South Bohemia, Liberec and Zlín regions. From June 14, the capacity of outdoor events will be unrestricted, while indoor halls will be allowed to use only half their capacity. Conditions for testing for cultural events and restaurants will be the same.
