Developer CTP Invest has entered into a transaction with German Deka Immobilien worth EUR 460m. the transaction covers several industrial parks: CTPark Plzeň, CTPark Prague North and CTPark Teplice. The German institutional investor will acquire ownership stakes in the parks and the Czech industrial developer will continue to manage and operate the portfolio under the CTPark brand, consisting of 36 fully leased A class properties with 50+ tenants.
