(CIANEWS) - The balance of foreign trade in goods at current prices ended with a deficit of CZK 25.5bn in November 2022. Data from the Czech Statistical Office also show that the Czech Republic's trade balance with EU countries improved by CZK 14.5bn. The trade deficit with non-EU countries widened by CZK 43.5bn. Exports from the Czech Republic increased by 10.8% y/y to CZK 421.6bn and imports by 18.7% to CZK 447.1bn. In January-November 2022, the trade balance showed a deficit of CZK 198.1bn, while in the same period of 2021 it ended with a surplus of CZK 7.3bn.
