(CIANEWS) - Gross domestic product (GDP) grew by 0.2% y/y in Q4 2022, according to the Czech Statistical Office's revised estimate. It increased by 2.4% over the whole of last year. Gross value added rose by 1.0% in the last quarter. It was 2.5% higher in 2022. Economic growth was evident across the entire national economy. The strongest contributions to GVA growth came from developments in manufacturing (+0.7pp) and the trade, transport, accommodation and food services (+0.6pp). Total employment rose by 1.7% to 5.45 million persons.
