(ČIA) On January 19, 2022, the Czech government approved a law regulating cyber security. The amendment anchors the European Office ENISA, which is similar to the Czech National Office for Cyber Security (NUKIB). Minister for Regional Development and Deputy Prime Minister for Digitization Ivan Bartoš (Pirates) stated that the main change is the system of certifications in the field of cyber security, the purpose of which is to increase confidence in products, services, and processes. I. Bartoš added that the certification is voluntary.
