(ČIA) On February 1, 2022, at the invitation of the President of the Chamber of Commerce Vladimír Dlouhy, the Prime Minister Petr Fiala (ODS) and the Deputy Prime Minister for Digitalisation Ivan Bartoš (Pirates) took part in a discussion on the development of the digital economy in the Czech Republic. The main topics were the role of the digital economy in the coming years, the use of know-how of Czech entrepreneurs in the online environment and the role of the state and its tools for the development of digital business. The government committed to improving digital services, improving connectivity and facilitating access to open data in all public administration offices. It also wants to help small and medium-sized enterprises create the conditions for faster digital transformation and focus on the education system.
