Gov’t invites comments on power and gas price directive
(CIANEWS) - The Office of the Government of the Czech Republic accepted the draft of the government regulation amending Government Regulation No. 298/2022 Coll., on the determination of electricity and gas prices in an extraordinary market situation, into the comment procedure. The proposal, submitted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic (MPO), regulates several changes in the defined categories of customers whose consumption of electricity or gas is to be subject to the ceiling price set by the state.
