(CIANEWS) - Wage growth in the Czech Republic in 2022 was faster than initially expected and circumstances, reaching 10% on average for skilled occupations. Due to high inflation, some companies increased wages in two phases during the year. According to the Hays Wage Survey, employers expect continued wage growth in 2023, most often in the 5-10% range. Up to a fifth of companies plan to increase wages only on an individual basis. The pace of growth will vary by sector, but will probably slow down compared to last year.
