Heimstaden buys flats in Plzeň, first outside Moravia

(ČIA) Heimstaden is buying more apartments in the Czech Republic and thus expanding its portfolio beyond North Moravia. The company is buying 226 flats and five non-residential premises in Plzeň. It is acquiring real estate in the West Bohemian city for ca. CZK 600m from the Czech real estate and investment company Daramis. The transaction also includes an agreement that Daramis will provide all rental-related services by the end of 2022. The tenants will thus switch to the Heimstaden concept from January 2023.
