(CIANEWS) - Heimstaden Czech plans to open several specialised homes for the elderly in the future. In 2021, it invested approximately CZK 1.6bn in the revitalisation and repair of its housing stock, which is almost CZK 300m more y/y. For example, nearly 1,400 flats were insulated at a cost of approximately CZK 330m. The annual report also shows, among other things, that net rental income reached CZK 2.31bn. Net profit from real estate investments rose from CZK 1.32bn to CZK 5.42bn. The company owns almost 430000 rental apartments mainly in the Moravian-Silesian region.
