(ČIA) The Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic (HK ČR) has fundamental objections to the Lease Acts on the program of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic for April 16, 2020. In the first case, tenant payment are postponed for the lease or sublease of business premises. According to HK ČR, although the law relieves entrepreneurs in the role of tenants, it leaves the landlord without any compensation and shifts to them fully the consequences of extraordinary measures due to the pandemic. In the second case, the Chamber points out that the bill narrows the whole issue only to termination notice due to delay in rent payments.
