(ČIA) The Czech Chamber of Commerce (HK ČR) supports the enactment of compensation rules for entrepreneurs whose establishment has been shut down by the state or whose gainful activity has been restricted by it. According to the Chamber, the parliamentary draft of the compensation law, which was discussed by the Economic Committee, can be a starting step for the discussion on the enactment of these rules. The government should also take part in the regulation, which may, among other things, reflect in the law the experience with processing applications for Covid programs. According to the HK ČR, without the government's participation in the preparation, there would be a risk of adopting legislation that would not be functional in practice.
