HK ČR requests the rejection of amendments to proposal for extraordinary contribution

(ČIA) The Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic (HK ČR) is persuading senators to remove deputy amendments from the discussed bill on the extraordinary contribution of up to CZK 370 per day provided to employees during the ordered quarantine. These will burden employers with new administrative obligations and disadvantage employment by agreement. The obligation of the employer to report vacancies to the relevant regional branch of the Labor Office should be returned to the Czech legal system. MPs also want the employer to report to the state all agreements on the performance of work or work activities. Failure to comply with this obligation would result in a fine of CZK 1m.
