(ČIA) According to the Czech Chamber of Commerce (HK ČR), the new building law will only suit officials and building permits will end without the necessary reform. The President of the HK CR, Vladimír Dlouhý, stated that instead of the Supreme Building Authority and the system of territorial building authorities, a hybrid system of municipal and state institutions with unclear relations and competencies will be created. The Chamber informed that according to the new law and with the dissolution of the basic principle of one office, one stamp, one decision, the possibility of political influence of building authorities by local government representatives will be maintained.
