(CIANEWS) - According to the forecast of the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic (HK), the domestic economy will avoid a deeper crisis, new impetus will be given mainly by investments by entrepreneurs in energy savings, production equipment and technologies. The data showed that three-quarters of firms are planning to invest in 2023. At the end of 2022, most analysts assumed that the Czech economy would fall into negative numbers this year. The HK estimates that gross domestic product will grow by 2.8 % in 2024. The average salary, adjusted for inflation, will fall this year, but will rise by 3.7 % in real terms next year. The development of foreign trade can also contribute to the improvement.
