(CIANEWS) - Industrial production in the Czech Republic grew by 0.5% y/y in real terms in November 2022. It was 3.1% higher m/m. Radek Matějka, director of the Czech Statistical Office's Department of Statistics on Agriculture and Forestry, Industry, Construction and Energy, said that the automotive segment had seen a recovery, but the industry as a whole had returned to stagnation. The most significant negative contribution was registered in the production and distribution of electricity, gas, heat and air-conditioned air. The value of new orders increased by 9.8% y/y. According to Eurostat data, industrial production in the EU27 grew by 3.7% in October 2022.
