(CIANEWS) - According to Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Marian Jurečka (KDU-ČSL), changes to the conditions for unemployment benefits cannot be done by dull cuts. He further said that he would focus on groups using this support frequently. He added that a higher motivation to return to the labour market was missing, despite high market demand. As ČIANEWS reported earlier, the National Economic Council of the Government (NERV) suggested lowering unemployment benefits as one of the measures to reduce the state budget deficit.
