(ČIA) A total of 55% of Czechs aged 18-30 years regularly save at least some money. Young inhabitants of the Czech Republic save an average of nearly CZK 3,300/month. A survey carried out by STEM/MARK for KRUK Česká a Slovenská republika also confirms that men (61%) save money more often than women (49%) and inhabitants with a university degree (70%) save more often than those with a high-school education (62%). The company focused on the administration of claims added that people with savings will be able to keep their life standard for a longer period during the expected decrease of the economy.
