LaborMin: Companies applying for support in the Antivirus program will not have to prove their debtlessness

(ČIA) On April 1, 2020, the government of Prime Minister Andrej Babiš (ANO) approved draft legislative changes in the area of employment submitted by the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Jana Maláčková (ČSSD). Their goal is to make the Antivirus program work better, to relieve the Labor Office and also to relieve the citizens themselves so that they can register more easily and online from anywhere at the Labor Office. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic has stated that during the state of emergency no confirmation of debt will be required from companies applying for support under the Antivirus program. The resort also proposes a change in order not to reduce the contribution for the employment of persons with disabilities by pay compensation for obstacles.
