(CIANEWS) - The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MPO) has sent the draft decree amending Decree No. 80/2010 Coll., on the state of emergency in the electricity sector and on the contents of the emergency plan, to the inter-ministerial comment procedure. The amendment is intended to enable the declaration of an alert level outside the prevention of an emergency or outside the state of emergency. It introduces, among other things, the notification of settlement entities of measures taken to prevent an emergency. It also contains an amendment to clarify the compensation of generators for the use of spare generation capacity by the transmission system operator.
