MPSV: 95% of managers satisfied with work from home

(ČIA) The work from home rate has increased significantly compared to the situation before the pandemic. Almost 95% of managers are satisfied with how work from home works. This stems from a survey conducted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MPSV). Most managers consider the performance of employees working from home and at the workplace comparable. Among employees, more than 40% think they are more efficient while working from home. A total of 85% of respondents want to have some ability to work from home and 58% consider it a substantial benefit. They consider the ideal range of working from home to be 16 or 20 hours per week.
