MPSV: Pensions will grow by 5.2% in September
(CIANEWS) - All pensions, i.e. not only old-age pensions but also disability pensions and widow's pensions, will increase by a further 5.2% from September 2022. For the average pension, this means an increase of CZK 700. This was announced by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic (MPSV). This will be the third increase this year. In total, pensions will rise by an average of CZK 2,500 in 2022. The reason for the further valorisation of pensions is the rise in virtually all consumer prices and record high inflation. The government is expected to confirm the pension increase on June 19 at the latest.
